UMC's recruiting video

University Medical Center has developed this video, which it distributes on a CD to potential employees, to promote its improved working conditions for nurses. The hospital's rule of one nurse to four patients on most of its adult units has turned into the best recruiting tool the hospital has ever had, says nurse recruiter Jayne Matte.
