PHOENIX Gov. Janet Napolitano is expanding the list of changes that she wants Arizona legislators to make to the state's employer sanctions law.
Napolitano signed the sanctions law last June and at the time said lawmakers should clarify some points dealing with critical infrastructure and other matters.
She expanded on those in her State of the State address Monday.
She said law enforcement shouldn't have to chase down anonymous complaints made by (quote) ''malicious competitors or disgruntled employees.''
Napolitano also lawmakers need to specify that a wrongful hiring decision at one location doesn't shut down an entire chain of businesses.
And she called for additional state funding to enforce the law.
