Seminar features former UA women's coach
Joan Bonvicini, former University of Arizona's women basketball coach, will be the guest speaker at a personal wellness seminar from noon to 1:30 p.m. July 30 at the Radisson Suites, 6555 Speedway. Bonvicini, along with Dr. Bill Woods, Stuart Willoughby and Rocky and Cindy Wines, will discuss personal, environmental and financial wellness. Cost is $15 per person; call 869-3922 for reservations. Food drive at Long Realty
The Long Realty office at 10222 E. Rita Ranch Road is collecting nonperishable food and money for the Community Food Bank this month. People can drop off donations from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. For more information call 574-0952.
Demo classes forming for Vail Kindermusik studio
Kindermusik with Sarah Jane is holding free demonstration classes before its August opening.
One demo is for ages 18 months to 3 years and will be at 6 p.m. July 21 and 9:45 a.m. Aug. 3. The other demo is for ages 3 to 5 and will be at 6 p.m. July 20. All demos will be at Acacia Elementary School's preschool, 12955 E. Colossal Cave Road.
