Tiny music lovers, their parents and caregivers sang, danced and played with musical instruments during a class held Friday at Gymboree Play and Music, 215 W. Giaconda Way, Ste. 161.
The class was for babies ages 6 to 16 months. Gymboree also has music classes for newborns through 5-year-olds. In them, children explore a variety of music styles such as Latin, rhythm and blues, classical.
The classes introduce music to children while they interact with a parent or caregiver. Children explore rhythm, melody, tonality and beat, while nurturing physical, social and intellectual skills.
