Water-line work on North Alvernon Way will affect traffic this weekend. Northbound Alvernon Way was scheduled to be closed between East Broadway and East Fifth Street from 5 a.m. to 4 p.m. today and from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.

Drivers can use Columbus Boulevard during the closures. Vehicles will also be allowed access to residences and businesses on northbound Alvernon Way, but through traffic will be prohibited.

Lane restrictions are scheduled on eastbound Interstate 10 Sunday night from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. between mileposts 217 and 219.

Lane restrictions are scheduled on eastbound I-10 Tuesday through Thursday nights from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. between mileposts 229 and 232.

Intermittent lane restrictions are scheduled on Picacho Peak Road at I-10 from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Lane restrictions are scheduled on northbound Oracle Road between Tangerine Road and Catalina State Park Wednesday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

Southbound Oracle Road lane restrictions are scheduled from 5 a.m. to 4 p.m. between Catalina State Park and the Cañada del Oro bridge Monday through Wednesday.
