Paving work will affect Downtown traffic Friday night and Saturday.

East Alameda Street is scheduled to close at 7 p.m. Friday between North Sixth and North Stone avenues. Crews will remove the asphalt and repave the street, reopening it on Saturday afternoon. The paving is part of the underground utility work associated with the Pima County Justice Court and City Court complex on Stone Avenue near Toole Avenue.
