If you're the type of person who could spend hours looking through old treasures that you might have seen at your grandma's house years ago, then the Indoor/Outdoor Antique Fair at the Lew Sorensen Community Center could be the place for you.
The antique fair, which started in 1998, attracts hundreds of people and takes place the first Sunday of each month at the community center, 11100 E. Tanque Verde Road. It features a wide variety of treasures including vintage furniture, jewelry, pottery and toys.
"It's the best show I've ever seen," said Antoinette Segade, who goes to the fair every month. There's one drawback, though: "It can be addictive."
The show yields good results for Jean Hendon. "I always buy something," Hendon said as she looked over some gardening tools.
It's free to shop at the antique fair. Dealers pay $35.
