This Tuesday's study session starts at 1:30 p.m. It includes discussions of developer Don Bourn's Downtown condominium project and of the city's after-school KIDCO program. The regular meeting includes several routine zoning cases.

A special meeting is set for Tuesday at 6:15 p.m.. At 7:30 p.m., the governing board will emerge from executive session and receive a presentation on the independent management audit conducted by MGT of America Inc.
