Two more first-degree murder warrants have been issued in a fatal Sierra Vista shooting that was apparently gang-related.
The warrants were issued for Taurus Crawford and Brandon Buckley, 24, in connection with the Nov. 21 shooting that left Marc Anthony Leech dead and three others wounded.
Crawford was served with the warrant at the Mississippi County jail in Arkansas, where he is in custody on unrelated charges, according to a news release from the Sierra Vista Police Department. Buckley's whereabouts are unknown, and anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the Sierra Vista Police Department at 1-520-458-3311.
The shooting occurred at an apartment complex in the 70 block of El Camino Real where the occupants of two vehicles were exchanging gunfire in the parking lot.
Leech and another man were taken to Sierra Vista Regional Health Center, where Leech died, police said. Two others were flown to University Medical Center in Tucson.
One of the men — Thaddeus I. Crawford, 22 — who was taken to UMC, was arrested upon his release. He is now in the Cochise County jail on suspicion of first-degree murder.
