Will vote on whether to authorize funding to commission a detailed flood-plain study of 10 square miles that the Federal Emergency Management Agency plans to put into a high-risk flood zone.

Oro Valley Town Council — Usually meets at 7 p.m. on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at Oro Valley Town Hall, 11000 N. La Cañada Drive. The next meetings are a special session at 5 p.m. Monday and a regular meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

On Monday, it will consider the amount of bonds to authorize for a 2008 bond election for building the Naranja Town Site.

On Wednesday, it will establish the base rate for a storm water utility fee.
