The board is set to vote on the tax levy for 2007-08.
Oro Valley Town Council
Usually meets at 7 p.m. on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at Oro Valley Town Hall, 11000 N. La Cañada Drive. Next meeting is a study session at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. Call 229-4700 to confirm meeting times, dates and places.
The council will discuss classification and compensation plans for town employees.
Marana Unified School District Governing Board — Usually meets at 7 p.m. the second and fourth Thursdays of the month at the Marana Municipal Complex, 11555 W. Civic Center Drive. Next meeting is Thursday. Call 682-4774 to confirm meeting dates, times and locations.
The board will hear a second reading of policy considerations for sabbatical leave, professional staff development, retirement of professional staff members and the district's vision and strategic plan.
