![]() Selene Lugo, left, and Fernanda Valencia, both 5, take part in a memorial at the South Side location where 5-year-old Brielle Boisvert was killed during last month's Rodeo Parade. More than 100 participants, many displaying pink balloons, took part in the Wednesday observance, which included prayers and the release of the balloons. The event was organized by La Caliente 102.1, a local FM radio station. Carlos Gonzales, promotions director of the station, said the memorial was a response to listeners who called in seeking a way to honor Brielle.
