BULLHEAD CITY — Four people are facing child abuse charges after a 3-year-old Bullhead City boy was found with severe bruises over his body.

Last week, Bullhead City Police arrested the childs mother, 25-year-old Mitzie Dawn Hadsall, for aggravated assault, child neglect and endangerment.

Two of Hadsalls roommates were also arrested in connection with the child abuse investigation.

They are identified as 23-year-old Austin Lee Hildenbrand and 50-year-old Eleanor Ruth Hawes.

The Mohave County Attorneys Office has since reviewed the case and has charged Hawes and Hildenbrand with child abuse per domestic violence.

Police are also seeking child abuse charges against another roommate, 30-year-old Amber Lynn Alliger.

Authorities allege the roommates were all aware of the abuse and did nothing to protect or help the boy.
