A 15-year-old boy is in the hospital this evening after being struck by a vehicle while he was riding his bike from a gas station near West Ruthrauff Road and North La Cholla Boulevard.

The boy was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after colliding with a minivan that was turning southbound onto to La Cholla.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department’s traffic unit is continuing the investigation.
