The shooter then ran to a car waiting a block west of the incident, according to a news release from Sgt. Richard Muñoz, who did not return calls for further comment.
The victim’s wife was inside the residence at the time of the shooting.
The shooter is described as a man roughly 25 to 30 years old, 180 pounds, wearing black jeans and a black shirt with a gold snake design on the front. The getaway driver is described as a man with his hair in braids.
