Tucson’s largest police union says it will call on its members to vote “no confidence” in City Manager Mike Hein on Wednesday.
The union plans a news conference in front of City Hall to present the findings in the morning.

City officials contend the police union is trying to stir up emotions to get a better labor pact and is distorting staffing numbers in attempt to make their case.
