Tucson's Armory Park del Sol neighborhood is being called one of the nation's top ten charming communities.
The accolades come from a magazine called ''Cottage Living.''
Armory Park del Sol is three blocks from the heart of downtown Tucson and will comprise, which finished, 99 homes.
Cottage Living says homeowners there love their solar-powered cottages and their lower utility bills.
Cottage Living is a lifestyle magazine that provides a guide to comfort, simplicity and personal style. It says it inspires readers with achievable ideas for creating simplified lifestyles through comfortable decorating, relaxed entertaining, casual gardening and easy traveling.
