SANTA FE, N.M. – US Airways says it will comply with an order to stop serving alcohol on flights in New Mexico.

And a company spokeswoman, Valerie Wunder, said today that the Tempe-based airline will continue to work with the state of New Mexico, which issued the order.

Authorities discovered the airline lacked a license while investigating a fatal drunken driving crash police say was caused by a man who allegedly was intoxicated on a US Airways flight into Albuquerque.
