University of Arizona students have a few more dining options this semester, including a bistro that serves natural grass-fed beef.
Cellar Bistro, on the first floor of the Student Union Memorial Center, serves foods that the UA describes as local, antibiotic- and hormone-free, including San Rafael Valley beef. The bistro replaces the Cellar Restaurant, which had more of a sports-bar feel (without the beer). Peruse the menu at www.union. arizona.edu/cellarbistro
On the second floor, Boost is a new convenience store that features more than 50 different energy drinks and more than 100 energy snacks.
And Core, which specializes in built-to-order salads and which opened in the main Student Union in September 2007, will expand to the Park Student Union next month.
