A Pima County sheriff's sergeant was attempting to pull over a car on the Northwest Side, when the driver of the car began shooting and led the officer on a short chase, an official said Monday afternoon.

The video camera inside Traffic Sgt. Bill Murphy's car captured the chase and the sounds of the gun shots.

Lee M. Hunt, 18, was booked into the Pima County jail on suspicion of attempted first-degree murder, possession of a stolen vehicle and fleeing from law enforcement, said Sgt. James G. Ogden, a spokesman for the Pima County Sheriff's Department.
