Tucson-based TM Inc., a manufacturer of temporary tattoos, has been bought by a Phoenix company.

Grayhawk Legacy Partners, a private equity firm, announced its acquisition of TM Inc., but terms were not disclosed.

The tattoo company produces custom and stock tattoos, tattoo-related products, stickers, and other specialty printed products, including frame-free art on canvas, scratch-off cards, and calendars online at tattoosales.com.

The company's tattoos are also sold at retail stores and vending machines nationwide.

TM has 96 full-time employees at its plant at 3761 E. Technical Drive.
