Elected and government officials, community leaders, environmentalists, developers, home-builders, planners, neighborhood representatives and citizens will gather Dec. 3 at the "Community Conversation on Regional Land Use" to discuss how to improve planning and collaboration to foster growth.

This meeting, sponsored by Urban Land Institute and co-hosted by local governments and business groups, is the sixth communitywide discussion in follow-up to the first Tucson Regional Town Hall held in May 2007.

The event will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Tucson Convention Center, 260 S. Church Ave.
