The Tucson Advertising Federation will provide tips on how businesses can advertise effectively during an economic downturn at a luncheon next Tuesday.

The deadline to register for "Advertising in a Changing Economy" is 5 p.m. Wednesday. The event will be held from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa, 3800 E. Sunrise Drive.
