LEASES
• Spectrum Auto Collision Inc. leased 7,735 square feet at 3841 E. 38th St. from Coronado's Collision Inc. Rajan Lal and Paul Hooker of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services handled the transaction.
• Ombudsman Educational Services has leased 5,627 square feet at 1525 N. Oracle Road. Rob Tomlinson of Picor represented the landlord, Chicanos Por La Causa. Jesse Peron of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
• Guadalajara Grill has leased restaurant space at 1220 E. Prince Road. Robert T. Kramber and Kevin Kramber of Tierra Antigua Realty LLC represented the landlord, Floyd Properties.
• John F. K. Brown Insurance leased 700 square feet at 9155 E. Tanque Verde Road from Weingarten Nostat Inc. Tim Bentley and David Dutson of Bourn Partners LLC handled the transaction.

• 2030 East LLC purchased a 68,304-square-foot manufacturing building located at 7775 N. Casa Grande Highway from Presstek Inc. for $8.75 million. Tim Healy, Bob Davis, Bill DiVito and Howard Kong of CB Richard Ellis, represented the seller.
