The University of Arizona's Eller College of Management and College of Medicine will begin offering a five-year degree program this Fall that will help students earn both an MD and an MBA. Earning the two degrees used to take six years.

Students will concentrate on their MD education for the first two years, spend year three on MBA courses, then return to the College of Medicine for clinical rotations in year four. In year five, students will complete their clinical rotation while taking MBA elective courses.
