The town of Marana will hold an open house 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday to discuss the upcoming Silverbell Road widening and realignment project.

The event will be held at Twin Peaks Elementary School, 7995 W. Twin Peaks Road.

Silverbell will be widened to five lanes from North Cortaro Road to West Ina Road. Construction is expected to begin May 1 and last at least six months, with a portion of Silverbell closed until November.
