Beer from Barrio Brewing Co., will soon be available statewide via Golden Eagle Distributors, Inc.
Barrio owners Dennis and Tawna Arnold, who have been brewing beer for over 30 years, recently invited the brother and sister team of Christopher Clements and Kimberly Clements from Golden Eagle to the brew pub, and ironed out an agreement to help bring the Barrio beers out of the barrio and into neighborhood pubs across Arizona, the companies announced in a statement.
Through this agreement, Golden Eagle will help Arizona beer lovers get acquainted with four of Barrio’s brews: Tucson Blonde; Red Cat Amber; Taylor Jayne’s Raspberry Ale and Copperhead Pale Ale.
Barrio’s microbrewery and brew pub are located at 800 E. 16th St.; the company also operates Gentle Ben's Brewing Co. at 865 E. University Blvd.
Golden Eagle has been distributing beer across most of Arizona since 1974. The company, locally owned by the Clements Family, is headquartered in Tucson with offices in Buckeye, Casa Grande, Flagstaff, Globe and Show Low.
