Which made us think about the gifts of Tucson. You know, the people who make up what's so special about our community. They are artists, housekeepers, engineers, architects, teachers, builders, postal workers, mechanics — people who offer a kind word, a gentle hand, a solid piece of advice, a sense of community, or ideas and actions that have made a difference.

Surely you know someone from the Old Pueblo you consider a gift to our city. Nominate him or her, and perhaps your nominee will find its way on our list of Gifts of Tucson — 31 people, one for each day of December.
