This treat is like the dessert equivalent of the Olsen twins, back when the Olsen twins were cute innocents on "Full House." It's just that blasted cute — mini-taco shells, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, can be filled with all kinds of goodies. We're talking chocolate mousse; fat, juicy berries; pistachio cream (think of it as a cross between whipped cream and mousse); honey; spicy-sweet pecans. You build it to your own specifications.
Don't ask us why it's called a nacho bar when they're really teeny tacos. In fact, don't ask us anything — our mouths are stuffed too full.
The nacho bar is $11 at Flying V Bar & Grill at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, 7000 N. Resort Drive, 615-5495.
