Pre-Service Pack 3
Note that Microsoft will not evaluate any version of NT prior to Service
Pack 3 for compliance.
This means that Microsoft will not test NT 4.0 with earlier service packs
(or no service packs) installed. This applies to both the server and
workstation versions.
If you have not installed Service Pack 3, you may want to download it (or
one of the later ones) from
Microsoft's Service Pack download page
Post Service Pack 3
There are some remaining Year 2000 issues with Service Pack 3 and above.
Most solutions depend on what services you run. For that reason, you are
better off looking at the Microsoft pages (linked below) for the type of
NT you are using and the Service Pack you have installed.
