Outlook Express 4
Outlook Express 4.0 is not Year 2000 compliant in itself. The fastest way
to make it compliant is to download Internet Explorer 4.01 with Service
Pack 2 from
Microsoft's IE download site.
Once that is installed (or if you already have it installed), you need to
download and install the Outlook Express Year 2000 Update for Service Pack
2. The site for that is linked near the bottom of this page.
Outlook Express 5
Outlook Express 5.0 is listed as being Year 2000 compliant without any
updates.
