Outlook Express 4.0
Outlook Express 4.0 is mostly Year 2000 compliant. The exception is if it
receives an e-mail that only has the last two digits for the year. When OE
4.0 receives such a date, it assumes that it starts with "19".
To prevent this problem, you should download and install the latest
version of Outlook Express/Internet Explorer from Microsoft's
Internet Explorer download page.
Outlook Express 4.5
Outlook Express 4.5 is fully Year 2000 compliant.
