Some might expect the StarNet technical support people to be computer nerds with thick glasses, dirty clothes, and no life outside of their strange little world. Some of this may be true, but for the most part, we are a mixture of creativity, animation, playfulness, and individuality. Our fascination of the world around us helps build our strong bond. Each of us is a very different kind of person but everyone is respected for his or her original character. What makes us such a great team is the fact that we all accept each other and try our best to help out with the many different questions that come our way. Some of us are experts in Windows 95 or home pages; others are pros with Macintosh or UNIX. Each person has a special talent that we all can rely on, during times of uncertainty. If there is a question that one of us may not know how to answer, we always know which person to go to for the answer. The atmosphere at StarNet support is very uplifting and we are all very proud to work together and provide the best help that we possibly can.
