1. Exit completely out of Internet News.
2. Go to Start--Find--Files or Folders.
3. In the Named box enter *.nch
4. Click on Find Now.
5. Click on the first file it finds in the list once and go up to Edit and click on Select All.
6. Hit the delete key on the keyboard.
7. Click on Yes.
8. Go back to the Named box and replace what's in there with *.sub
9. Click on the first file it finds in the list once and go up to Edit and click on Select All.
10. Hit the delete key on the keyboard.
11. Click on Yes.
12. Go back to Internet News.
13. Click on the Newsgroups button.
14. Resubscribe to the newsgroups and when you go to them, they'll have all the new articles.
