1. Exit completely out of Internet Mail & News.
2. Go to File and down to Find.
3. Search the hard drive for the file .newsrc
4. Move that file to the desktop or the trash.
5. Restart Internet Mail & News and resubscribe to the newsgroups. All the new articles should appear.
