1. In Free Agent, go up to Group and select Show. Make sure Subscribed Groups is selected.
2. In the Group pane in Free Agent, highlight one of the newsgroups.
3. If you are subscribed to more than one group, go up to Edit and down to Select All to highlight all the newsgroups.
4. Go up to Group and select Subscribe. When it asks if you want to keep the messages and properties, click on No.
5. Go up to Group and select Show. Make sure All Groups is selected.
6. Resubscribe to the newsgroups.
