Antonio Rodriguez is a respected maker from the province of Granada. He was born in 1924. As a young man, he went to Madrid and apprenticed as a guitar maker. Returning to his native town, he established his own shop in 1957. Despite his age, he continues to pursue his life long love of building high quality classical and flamenco guitars. Antonio Rodriguez is traditional luthier, who builds entirely by hand, and works alone, so his production is very limited. |
