Manuel Romero Iglesias was born in the province of
Sevilla. He studied guitar at the Conservatorio Superior de Musica in Sevilla with
professor José Lázaro Villena. Continuing his studies he took various courses with
Professors Abel Calecaro and José Tomás.In 1986 he
was invited to perform at the "International European Culture Week" in Dortmund,
Germany. Since then he has given concerts throughout Spain, France, and Germany.
He has made recordings for W.D.R. Fernsehen (German
television) and R.N.E. (National Radio in Spain).
He has recorded two CDs.
