Pair arrested after their 6-week-old is found dead

A couple were arrested over the weekend in connection with the death of their 6-week-old baby, police said.
Paramedics went to the couple's East Side apartment about 2 p.m. Saturday on a call for an unresponsive infant made by the baby's mother, said Sgt. Fabian Pacheco, a Tucson Police Department spokesman.
Kimberly Sullivan was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a news release Monday.
The baby was malnourished and emaciated, the police news release said.
Her parents, Terri L. Sullivan, 26, and Scott D. Sullivan, 27, were both arrested on suspicion of child abuse and booked into the Pima County jail.
Terri L. Sullivan is being held on $750,000 bail and Scott D. Sullivan on $500,000.
Police are not ruling out further charges against the pair, Pacheco said Monday.
