HS students get summer forensics look

The University of Arizona along with the Tucson Police Department is hosting a two-week forensics summer program for high school students and will be accepting applications until Monday.
Participants will process mock crime scenes, perform forensic analysis and be exposed to state-of-the-art technologies used to analyze forensic evidence, according to a news release from the Tucson Police Department.
The program begins Monday and runs through June 23. The cost is $350.
