The Tucson Atheists next week will sponsor a screening of the film, "The God Who Wasn't There," an independent documentary that explores the theory that Jesus Christ is a myth through the eyes of Brian Flemming, a former fundamentalist Christian. A question-and-answer period will follow the screening.
"The God Who Wasn't There" was released in May. The showing is the Tucson premiere and will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday at The Loft Cinema, 3233 E. Speedway. Admission is $5.
