LEASES

● Phelps Dodge Corp. recently signed a lease for 10,387 square feet of space at 6840 N. Oracle Road. The tenant was represented by Tom Knox of Picor Commercial Real Estate Services and Don Rodie of Cushman & Wakefield. Bruce Romano of Romano Real Estate represented the landlord, Casa de Sharon LLC.

● Pima Heart Physicians has leased 4,875 square feet of office space at 3375 N. Campbell Ave. The tenant was represented by Jill Fendelman, Lori Casey and Doug Marsh of Oxford Realty Advisors. The landlord, H.P. Enterprises LP, was represented by David Montijo and Michael Townsdin of Bourn Partners.

● Sick Child Psycles has leased 1,500 square feet at 5028 E. 22nd St. for a motorcycle shop. Debby Boniselli of Prudential Foothills Real Estate represented the tenant. Rob Tomlinson of Picor represented the landlord, Dorey Family Trust.

● Kamon Asian Bistro and Sushi Bar has leased 2,500 square feet of retail space at the Old Spanish Trail Marketplace at the southeast corner of South Harrison Road and East 22nd Street. ● Athlon Physical Therapy of California purchased a 2,100-square-foot business condominium at Tanque Verde Place, 6007 E. Grant Road from TVP Development for $472,500. Bruce Suppes of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer.

● Arizona CVS Stores LLC sold a property at 3785 W. Ina Road to a partnership of Texas investors under the name SCP 2007-C26-001 LLC for $2.4 million. According to information on file with the secretary of state, managers of the organization are Greg Lovasz and Brett Landes of Dallas.
