LEASES
● Pegasus Aviation leased 17,500 square feet of industrial space at 3400 E. Global Loop from MSW Inc. Russ Hall, Picor Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord. Bill DiVito and Robin Lamont, CB Richard Ellis — Tucson, represented the tenant.
● Equally Yoked Christian Singles leased 1,425 square feet of office space at 1661 N. Swan Road from DHS Property Investments. Tim Bentley, Tucson Realty & Trust Co., represented the tenant. Tim Hafer represented the landlord.
● United Collection Bureau Inc. leased 45,000 square feet of industrial space at 2425 E. Medina Road from Medina Business Park II LLC. Stephen Cohen and Russell Hall, Picor, represented the landlord. Bob Schneiderman, NAI Merin Hunter Codman Inc., of Boca Raton, Fla., represented the tenant.
● Informa Software LLC leased approximately 635 square feet of office space at 6601 E. Grant Road from C2D2 Associates. Michael Townsdin, Bourn Partners, represented the landlord.
SALES
● Equitas Investment Partners LP#1, of Studio City, Calif., bought a 50-unit apartment complex at 102 W. Roger Road from Shakti Enterprises LLC, of Portland, Ore. for $1.95 million. Mike McClain represented the seller. Hamid Panahi represented the buyer. Both work for Marcus & Millichap — Tucson.
● 4041 LLC bought two car wash properties, at 411 W. Cool Drive and 2705 W. Ruthrauff Road, from Guwnig Investment Group LLC for $1 million.
● DAZ7 Sombrero Peak LLC, managed by the Desco Group Inc. of St. Louis, bought a 24-acre parcel at the southwest corner of Coachline Boulevard and North Silverbell Road from Stewart Title & Trust, Trust 1943, whose beneficiaries include Daniel J. Lyons III and others, for $3.4 million.
