The second annual Youth Flash Fiction Writing Contest challenges preschool and school-age children to write a story and submit it for a chance to win prizes.
Winners will be recognized at the 2010 Tucson Festival of Books, the contest's sponsor.

The festival, March 13-14 on the University of Arizona campus, will feature more than 400 authors. The contest will recognize the top five stories in each of four age categories on March 13.
The Tucson Festival of Books is sponsored by the Arizona Daily Star and hosted and organized by the University of Arizona. Net proceeds will promote literacy in Southern Arizona through the Tucson Festival of Books Foundation, a nonprofit organization.
