Brookdale Senior Living and the Twilight Wish Foundation will sponsor a motorcycle "poker run" Sept. 6 at Mehl Foothills Park to benefit seniors.

Motorcyclists will ride to four Brookdale retirement communities on a 48-mile circuit. At the park and at each stop, riders will receive a playing card, part of a five-card poker hand.

The rider with the best hand at the end wins. Anyone with a motorcycle is invited.

The winner will receive a $100 prize, with $75 going to second place. There will be free food and drinks before and after the ride.

Sign-up is between 8 and 10 a.m. at Mehl Foothills Park, 4001 E. River Road. The price of entry is $10 per person, $15 per couple.

All proceeds will benefit the Twilight Wish Foundation.
