EEOC sues firm over harassment

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has has claimed in a lawsuit that The Cheesecake Factory in Chandler violated federal law when it failed to address the sexual harassment of several male employees.
The abuse included repeated sexual assaults by groups of male employees, who would grab another man and take turns simulating sex with him, according to an EEOC news release.
According to the complaint filed in federal court, The Cheesecake Factory failed to address the harassment even after other male employees complained to the management about their co-workers conduct.
