Still awaiting results from his third SAT attempt, star Arizona Wildcats recruit Brandon Jennings reiterated Monday that he is considering playing next season in Europe instead of the UA.
The former Oak Hill Academy (Va.) point guard told ESPN.com that "even if I get the scores this time, there's no guarantee I'm going to college."
Family friend Kelly Williams said, however, that "nobody's made any concrete decisions on anything."
Williams said Jennings is no closer to making a decision than he was two weeks ago.
He said Jennings likely will not make a decision immediately once he receives his scores.
"When the test scores come out," Williams said, "it will just let you know if he's eligible to go to Arizona or not."
Jennings has signed to play at the UA this season, assuming he is cleared by the NCAA.
He took the SAT for the third time in May because the NCAA had flagged his second test. Jennings told ESPN.com that decision "made me mad," and that he is planning on playing only one year at the UA if he comes at all.
Whether he comes to the UA or goes abroad, Jennings appears to be eyeing the 2009 NBA draft.
Jennings told ESPN.com that going to Europe would take a "perfect situation" where a team needs a point guard, has an attentive coach and an American on the roster to guide Jennings.
Neither Jennings nor his mother, Alice Knox, were available for comment Monday.
Los Angeles attorney Jeffrey Valle, who is representing Jennings, did not immediately return phone or e-mail messages.
