Catalina High School was the overall high school winner and Amphitheater Middle School was tops overall for middle schools in the MESA Day competition held Saturday at the University of Arizona.
MESA stands for Mathematics, Engineering, Science Achievement. Here were the winners, according to Abra McAndrew, assistant director for the program:
