Question: What's going on with the comic strip "For Better or For Worse"? She's been doing repeats from like 20 years ago.
Answer: Beginning with the Sept. 3 strip, FBorFW author Lynn Johnston began to review the 28-year history of the Patterson family by having character Michael Patterson look through photo albums with his daughter. The idea is to fill newer readers in on the past before freezing the characters at their current age. Unlike most comic strip characters, the Pattersons and their friends and even pets have aged. Michael is third generation, and his children are fourth. Most of the artwork in these strips is the original artwork. When the reminiscences end in 2008, Johnston plans to focus on the children of Elly and John Patterson: Michael, Elizabeth and April and their friends. This means we finally get to find out how Elizabeth's romance with old flame Anthony is going!
