Tucson-based ImaRx Therapeutics, Inc. narrowed its third-quarter loss by a third as it increased sales with its Abbokinase embolism-treatment drug, the company announced Thursday.
Net losses for the third quarter dropped by $1.3 million, to $2.7 million compared with the same period in 2006.
Revenue for the quarter, which ended Sept. 30, was $2.3 million, compared to $0.2 million during the third quarter for 2006.
The company is currently conducting clinical trials for its SonoLysis stroke therapy and expects results by mid-2008.
